- Candidates should not have been born before 02.08.1998 and not later than 01-08-2005) for MTS and Havaldar in CBN (Department of Revenue).
- Candidates should not have been born before 02-08-1996 and not later than 01-08-2005) for Havaldar in CBIC (Department of Revenue) and a few posts of MTS.
- Age relaxation is applicable as per Govt. rules.

Qualification for SSC MTS Havaldar Recruitment 2023 | Nijukti Khabar Odisha
- Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized board or University.
- The candidates who are able to prove, by documentary evidence, that the result of the qualifying examination was declared on or before the cut-off date and has been declared passed, will also be considered to meet the educational qualification. It is reiterated that the result of the required educational qualification must have been declared by the Board/ University by the specified date. Mere processing of the result by the Board/ University by the crucial cut-off date does not fulfill the EQ requirement.
- Candidates possessing equivalent educational qualifications shall also produce relevant Equivalence Certificates from the authorities concerned at the time of Document Verification. However, the final decision regarding the selection of such candidates will be taken by the User Departments/ Appointing Authorities concerned.
